As a Physical Therapist, and an osteopathic manipulative therapist, my focus is on evidence-based practice, contemporary knowledge, combined with the latest scientific application and more than 25 years of practical experience.I can reduce or eliminate your pain level and successfully restore body balance that enhances your overall general health through a process that is called "Total Body Adjustment", which is used to evaluate and treat body dysfunctions. This approach returns balance to the body.
I believe that patient education, long term health-care goal setting, and maintenance planning is a very important aspects of patient recovery. Increased awareness of self-care is the best possible scenario. Even complicated and chronic conditions can improve over time.
I am registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario(1999), a member of the Ontario and Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy(1992), and a Master's in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences(2010). In 2012, I received a Post-Professional Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Drexel University(Philadelphia, USA).
